The therapy relationship is a safe and secure environment within which we work together to get you where you want to be. Strengths you possess as well as potential barriers to progress are identified in order to help prepare you for success. I utilize evidence-based treatment in my practice, meaning the services you receive are research-backed. I am professionally trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and am happy to offer this treatment not only as a way to alleviate the pain and suffering associated with trauma, but also as a proven way to enhance performance in a number of areas. Additionally, I rely on principles and practices of Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavior (CBT) Therapies.
